BLUECO 3-YEAR FULLY COVERED WARRANTY EURUS SERIES

1. Warranty Period
BLUECO (“Seller” or “Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the Eurus Series Industrial HVLS Fan (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years (36 months) from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). 

2. What This Warranty Covers
During the Warranty Period, if the Product or any covered component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service, BLUECO will, at its sole discretion:
a) Repair the defective item; or
b) Replace the defective item with new or refurbished parts or products; or
c) Refund the purchase price if a repair or replacement is not commercially practicable. 

Covered Components Include (but are not limited to):
• Fan motor and internal wiring
• Control panel and electrical switches
• Structural housing (non-cosmetic defects)
• Mounting hardware and blades
• Safety and operational controls
• Drive system components and electronics 

3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
a) Contact BLUECO Customer Service with proof of purchase (order number or sales receipt);
b) Provide the Product model and serial number;
c) Describe the defect and include photos, if requested;
d) Follow the return instructions provided by BLUECO Support. 

4. What Is Fully Covered
This warranty means BLUECO will cover parts and labor related to defects under normal use for the full 3-year term with no prorated charges to the customer. 

5. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, improper maintenance, or accident
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or storage
• Operation outside voltage or environmental specifications
• Cosmetic deterioration not related to a defect 

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLUECO’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. BLUECO shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, income, or business. 

7. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
