Our LTL freight service is partnered with UPS Freight to cover the whole United States, except Hawaii.
Add the product to your cart and check whether it qualifies for free shipping. Every product that ships by LTL freight has a $0 shipping fee. Parts and small items may be subject to ground shipping fees.
There are three ways:
- Once your order is placed, we email you a PRO number. Follow the links in that email to check the status.
- Call us directly at 866-865-1902. Give a sales rep your name and order number and they will be happy to look up your order and answer any question about your shipment.
- Paste your PRO number into the tracking box on the homepage of tforcefreight.com.
All units are palletized and fastened down with a 5/8 in steel strap so every order travels safely. If you have a forklift, it can move the pallet. No forklift is not a problem: on delivery, cut the steel strap and take the unit off the pallet. A standard dually can be used to take delivery of your units.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm are processed the same day and are ready for in-store pickup within 1 hour. Orders going out by LTL freight ship the next day, Monday to Friday. Freight usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location. See in store pick-up.
