XPO LOGISTICS LTL Freight shipping Policy with BLUECO LLC
When a freight order is delivered, please be sure to inspect your freight package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.
1. Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there are no physical damages.
2. If your material has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt, take pictures and/or refuse the delivery.
3. If the package is refused due to damage file a claim with the carrier company with the driver on the spot of delivery.
4. Lift-gate is optional at checkout, additional fees apply.
Note: Damaged units MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt. * If you find minimal damage that will not affect the way the unit operates, you can make a note on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery.
Being present for Freight/Truck delivery
It’s the customer's responsibility to keep up with delivery date and time in order to be present at the time of delivery.
Note: If a delivery is attempted and no one is present to accept the delivery you may be responsible for re-delivery fee.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We package and ship orders as soon as possible. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order ships as fast as possible, BLUECO LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. that affect delivery time.
