3-Year Fully Covered Warranty Policy

Bluecobrand (“the Company”) provides this 3-Year Fully Covered Warranty (“Warranty”) to guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of our equipment. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

This Warranty applies to the following product categories:

  1. Evaporative Coolers

  2. HVLS Fans

  3. Electric Pallet Jacks

  4. Electric Walkie Straddle-Leg Stackers

  5. Fully Electric Order Pickers


1. Evaporative Coolers

1.1 Coverage

Bluecobrand warrants all evaporative cooler units against defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years. Coverage includes:

  • Motor failures

  • Pump failures

  • Control panel defects

  • Structural defects in housing, reservoirs, and internal framework

  • Electrical component failures

1.2 Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Filter pads as they are considered consumables

  • Damage caused by freezing, mineral buildup, or improper water filtration

  • Damage due to misuse, improper electrical connections, or unauthorized modification

  • Environmental corrosion due to chemical exposure

1.3 Remedies

If a defect is confirmed, Bluecobrand will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the unit

  • Replace the defective part

  • Provide a replacement unit of equal or greater value


2. HVLS Fans

2.1 Coverage

All High-Volume Low-Speed (HVLS) fans manufactured or sold by Bluecobrand are warranted for three (3) yearsagainst:

  • Motor defects

  • Gearbox failures (if applicable)

  • Blade hub assembly defects

  • Structural or welding defects

  • Control system malfunctions

2.2 Exclusions

This Warranty does not apply to:

  • Blades damaged from external impact

  • Improper mounting or installation not performed by a certified technician

  • Damage caused by environmental contaminants or corrosive atmospheres

  • Electrical surges or improper voltage supply

2.3 Remedies

Bluecobrand will provide:

  • Replacement parts

  • Authorized technician repair

  • Replacement fan assembly when necessary


3. Electric Pallet Jacks

3.1 Coverage

Bluecobrand warranties its electric pallet jacks for three (3) years, covering:

  • Drive motor and pump motor

  • Electrical controllers and wiring harnesses

  • Hydraulic system (excluding seals beyond normal wear)

  • Chassis integrity and weld defects

  • Onboard charger and battery management system

3.2 Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Wheels, rollers, brake pads, or forks damaged from misuse or impact

  • Battery degradation due to improper charging habits

  • Damage from overloading beyond the rated capacity

  • Corrosion from hazardous chemicals

3.3 Remedies

At Bluecobrand’s discretion:

  • Replacement of defective components

  • Full repair of the equipment

  • Replacement of the pallet jack if repair is not feasible


4. Electric Walkie Straddle-Leg Stackers

4.1 Coverage

This Warranty covers three (3) years of protection for stackers, including:

  • Lift motor and drive motor

  • Electrical control units

  • Mast assembly and welds

  • Hydraulic cylinders and pump system

  • Safety and braking systems

4.2 Exclusions

Not covered under this Warranty:

  • Fork wear, wheels, tires, and chains considered normal-use consumables

  • Misuse such as side-loading, off-center loading, or exceeding weight capacity

  • Environmental corrosion or chemical damage

  • Battery wear due to improper charging cycles

4.3 Remedies

Bluecobrand may:

  • Repair or replace defective components

  • Provide factory-service technician support

  • Replace the unit if major structural or electrical defects are present


5. Fully Electric Order Pickers

5.1 Coverage

Bluecobrand provides a 3-year full warranty covering:

  • Traction motor and lift motor

  • Electrical drive system and control modules

  • Mast assembly, carriage, and welds

  • Hydraulic lift system

  • Safety sensors, switches, and onboard electronics

5.2 Exclusions

This Warranty excludes:

  • Wear items such as wheels, brushes, and pads

  • Damage due to improper operation or exceeding rated lift height/capacity

  • Battery deterioration caused by improper care or charging

  • Damage from improper storage or exposure to corrosive environments

5.3 Remedies

Bluecobrand will provide, at its discretion:

  • Authorized repair

  • Replacement parts

  • Complete unit replacement when necessary


6. General Warranty Terms

6.1 Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

6.2 Proper Use Requirement

Warranty coverage requires:

  • Equipment used within manufacturer specifications

  • Proper maintenance as outlined in the product manual

  • Use of authorized parts and accessories

6.3 Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a claim, the customer must:

  1. Contact Bluecobrand Support at support@bluecobrand.com

  2. Provide proof of purchase

  3. Provide serial number, photos, and description of the issue

  4. Allow inspection by an authorized representative

6.4 Limitations

This Warranty does not cover indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of productivity

  • Rental costs

  • Labor downtime

6.5 Legal Rights

This Warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state or region.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If any store purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the product, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.

Claims Process

BLUECO WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT.

In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:

  • Contact the BLUECO Technical Support team by email at Support@bluecobrand.com or by phone at 1-866-865-1902. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your machine to identify potential simple fixes.
  • If the Technical Support team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
  • After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your machine.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless BLUECO agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND BLUECO'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. BLUECO'S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE COOLER, NOR SHALL BLUECO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BLUECO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
