Returns and Exchange Policy
BLUECO prides itself on a tradition of outstanding customer care and support. Our devoted team of account representatives understands that our customers are the heart of our company.
Our limited return and exchange policy allow you to return defective or incorrect products for a full or partial credit of your order. All returned products require authorization. Contact our service representatives first for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization. Credit will not be issued unless authorization to return merchandise has been approved.
For all merchandise returned to BLUECO for reasons other than warranty, a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping cost will be deducted from the credit refund. All returned items must be In their original box and must include all packing materials, manuals and all accessories. At our discretion, a restocking fee may be charged if your product is opened or is not returned in its original condition, box, or is missing packing materials, manuals, or accessories.
Items not Eligible for Returns, Credits or Exchanges

Returned items that failed due to an accident, purchasers abuse, neglect or failure to operate in accordance with instructions provided in the owner's manual supplied and on the website for download.
- Returned items that fail due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.
- Returned items that fail due to rain, or other elements
- Any item damaged in shipment or any product failure caused by installing or operating product under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.
- Returned items with cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality.
Freight damaged items
If your shipment arrives damaged you must note the damage on the carrier delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packaging it arrived in and arrange for a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.
How to Return Products
Please contact BLUECO at bluecobrand@yahoo.com or call Headquarters at 559-392-8194 WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPMENT OR WARRANTY EXCHANGE for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning your product to BLUECO. A Refund in any manner will not be initiated until BLUECO LLC has activated the (RMA) number and the product has been mailed back and inspected for a manufacturer defect that falls into a refundable policy. Under zero circumstances is BLUECO LLC liable to initiate a refund if we suspect the unit was purchased for a one-time event and later tried to be returned. All packaging must be sealed unopened and unused for a Refund without manufacture defect inspection.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the Return Authorization being provided.
Any incurred cost associated with damaged merchandise will be deducted from the credits owed. BLUECO is not responsible for merchandise damaged in return shipment. We strongly recommend you package the items carefully to ensure safe passage. For non-warranty items, we suggest you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
Shipping a Return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
