1. Overview

This 3-Year Fully Covered Warranty ("Warranty") provides complete protection for the electric pallet jack (“BCO-EPG”) against defects in materials, workmanship, and component failure under normal use. For a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date, all parts of the machine are fully covered.

This Warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Full Coverage Scope

For the entire 3-year term, the following components and systems are fully covered:

2.1 Mechanical Components

• Frame, forks, mast, handle assembly
• Steering mechanism and linkages
• Drive wheels, load wheels, caster wheels, and bearings
• Lift cylinders and hydraulic assemblies

2.2 Electrical Components

• Main control board
• Motor controller
• Drive motor and lift motor
• Wiring harnesses and connectors
• Switches, sensors, and safety interlock devices

2.3 Battery System

• Battery pack (AGM, lithium, or lead-acid depending on model)
• Battery management system (if applicable)
• Battery charger

2.4 Hydraulic System

• Pump system
• Seals, hoses, and valves
• Reservoir and fittings

2.5 Additional Covered Items

• Onboard display and diagnostics panel

All parts, without exception, are covered during the 3-year Warranty period.

3. Warranty Services Provided

During the 3-year coverage period, the manufacturer will provide:

Defective or failed components will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

3.2 Labor & Service

All labor associated with repairing a covered component is fully included.

3.3 On-Site or Authorized Service Center Support

Depending on availability and location, service may be performed:

• On-site at the customer’s facility, or
• At an authorized service center

3.4 Shipping & Handling

Shipping of replacement parts needed for covered repairs is included.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

1. Contact an authorized service provider or customer support.
2. Provide the unit's model number, serial number, and proof of purchase.
3. Describe the issue and provide photographs or diagnostic codes, if applicable.
4. A technician will evaluate the claim and schedule service or replacement.

All approved repairs will be completed promptly to minimize downtime.

5. Exclusions & Owner Responsibilities

Although all parts are fully covered, this Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
• Modifications or non-approved repairs
• Normal wear items such as tires or cosmetic damage (unless due to defect)
• Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to harsh environments
• Use of non-manufacturer-approved parts or accessories

Owners must follow the recommended maintenance schedule and operating instructions.

6. Warranty Duration

This Warranty remains in effect for three (3) years from the original purchase date.

All covered components are protected for the full duration without prorating or reduction in coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

The manufacturer’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as stated in this policy. This Warranty does not cover consequential damages, loss of productivity, or financial losses associated with downtime.

8. Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
