Great unit and very compact!

If you’ve ever rented one of these, you know buying is a no-brainer. I waited a bit for it to come back in stock, but once it did, it shipped quickly. I was a little intimidated by the assembly at first, but Jared kindly walked me through it over the phone. Honestly, getting the blue protective tape off was harder than putting it together. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and the customer service.

I have had several deliveries over the past three weeks that require me getting 2500-3600 pound skids to the tailor my 53' semi trailer. Most of these skids are drums of chemicals or xtra long skids of seed that goes to farms or co-op's, that have the bottom struts in the wrong places for the wheels to go through.
This machine takes care to break them out quickly and easily so as to lift the skid and move it to the tail.
After using it at the end of the day of 15-24 stops, I'm impressed to see I've only used 15-20% of the battery.
One week I only charged it once.

I’ve looked around and bought another brand of electric pallet jack. It only worked for about two months and now I can’t get anyone on the phone or to respond to emails. I found BlueCo and honestly I wish I would have gone with them the first time. I would have saved myself time money and the headache. First off I’ve called and spoken with Jared a few times. And he’s been the best and very helpful with any and all questions I’ve had. Second they have a two year warranty. I know if I do have an issue with this jack I’m going to get help right away. Third this thing is very strong and powerful. I pickup tall heavy pallets and this pallet jack handles them all. I’ve had it for over and week now and use it everyday since it arrived and I wish I would have just gotten this one the first time. If and when I need to put another pallet jack in another one of my trailers this is going to be the one I get again! Shipping was super fast! I got it two days after I ordered it. Looking for a pallet Jack that can efficiently move pallets without the jack getting stuck in the pallet by overly thick forks. It looks like Blueco is the one for the job with it's slender fork design. This company excels in good communication and their shipping was fast. Would recommend!

The pallet jack was delivered in good time, however we had a little trouble setting it up and attaching the handle to the machine. Although we initially thought it was a flaw in the machine, turned out to be user error and Jarred was able to help us every step of the way and even overnighted an additional part that we needed for setup. He is overall very communicative and timely. Additionally, we commonly lift very heavy loads above 2000lbs and so far this lifter has had no troubles.

Purchasing this Electric Palletjack was the best decision I have made. When I received it I was a little apprehensive because the head was smaller than I was accustomed to seeing. What I quickly realized is the power is this little machine. It might not be fast but it has not strained once with any pallet I need to move. If your on a budget this is your answer and you can afford to get two of these vs one from the competitors.!

As an owner of a freight delivery company, we have lots of experience with all sorts of brands of electric pallet jacks. I can already tell this one is going to benefit us for many reasons. First and foremost, don’t let the small size fool you- these are just as capable of its larger counterparts. The compact size allows us to fit an extra pallet in our trucks… saving us time and money! Battery life is also exceptional! Will be purchasing more in the near future!

The purchase experience was flawless from start to finish. It was delivered within 2 weeks, and we were updated of the delivery schedule daily. At the moment it is being used in our shop and the men love it. It will be taking a trip to a jobsite next week for about a month. Very happy with the performance.

I have been using my electric pallet jack almost four months now, this jack has been awesome to use. I have used on lift gate delivery’s, tail gate delivery, and much more. This jack has been able to handle various types of delivery’s. I use this jack on a daily basis and I think this is a great electric pallet jack. The battery life on this jack is actually pretty good also.

It arrived very quickly extremely easy to put the handle on and it’s definitely low profile on the forks, which is awesome

I have a tandem axle box truck 52,000 GBWR I can put 29,640 pounds in my truck which means I get 2000 pound up to 4500 pound pallets

In the past, it took two of us to push those pallets uphill when you’re in the dock, but the blueco lift them up and put them in going uphill no problem and it used to be where a 4000 pound pallet could run you over when going downhill but now you can control the pace with this electric pallet, jack

I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I cannot speak too longevity but so far it’s over delivered on what it was promising and the battery life is great even lifting heavy pallets and going quite a ways with them into the warehouse

I will keep you posted, but I definitely recommend this powerful electric pallet jack

It definitely meets our needs of loading and unloading heavy pallets on our box truck. It is easy to steer it onto and off the lift gate and once on the ground, we can maneuver it with ease in our warehouse. Definitely recommend this electric pallet jack.

Great pallet jack I would recommend it to anyone to load or unload your dry van,or refer. With my manual one I'd work like Krazy to keep up with the forklift and be worn out but with this one it's easy to keep up and when you done you don't feel like you worked hard at all. Thank you, BLUECO!!!

Great pallets, my people love them. Much easier to use than competitor models. I ended up ordering 4 of them. My team says they are smoother in the handling, and you don't have to be a body builder to maneuver them around.
I would also add the the Customer support was great. Jared very responsive, and fixed a shipping mistake on my part in minutes. Also, they shipped super fast. We are in Wisconsin and we received them within a week.

I would have liked there being more communication about the delivery of the product as I ordered this for one of our sites and didn't find out it arrived until I spoke with the store a week after it came in.
As for the pallet jack, all was pretty good, there was a stabilizer bar that wasn't installed nor instructions and when they reached out, then were provided a video on how to install it. The horn doesn't work and we will be reaching out to BlueCo about that. Other than that, the jack is light weight which is great for what we are using it for, very sleek which is what we wanted, and when we used it for the first time to unload a full semi truck, it handled very nice and lifted some pretty heavy pallets. So far, so good.
