Orders that are placed before 2:00pm will be processed that same day and available for in-store pick-up within 1 hour. Orders going out via LTL freight will ship out the next day Monday-Friday. Freight travel is usually 1-3 business days depending on shipment location.

Yes, BLUECO offers a 1 year covered component Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty section for in-depth Warranty details.

Our BLUECO LTL freight services are partnered with UPS freight to cover all of United States minus Hawaii.

Add the product to cart. A "view cart" tab will pop up. Please click that tab and navigate down to the "shipping estimator" section. Insert your state and zip code for a quick estimate.

Multiple ways, 

1. An email will be sent with a PRO number assigned once the order is placed. Can follow the links provided with that number to check status.

2. Call us direct. Speak with a sales rep and give them your name and order number. They would be happy to assist you by pulling up your info and checking any and all status related questions regarding your shipment. 

3. Copy and paste your PRO numbers directly onto the "tracking" section on the homepage of www.Tforcefreight.com 

All units are palletized and fasted down with a 5/8 steel strap to ensure all orders travel safely and protected. Forklifts can move and utilize the pallet if available at your convenience. Facilities without access to a forklift is not a problem. Upon delivery cut the steel strap and remove the unit off the pallet. A standard dually can be used to take delivery of your unit(s).
