Limited Warranty Terms

BLUECO LLC

All BLUECO Evaporative Cooling Systems & HVLS Fans, and their individual Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year after receipt of the unit by the customer in accordance with the following terms:

  • Only the original owner of a Portable Evaporative Cooling System/HVLS fan purchased from BLUECO online store www.Bluecobrand.com or physically picked up at our warehouse storefront is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the unit and shall end immediately upon the earlier end of the Warranty Period, or any sale or transfer of the machine to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Portable Evaporative Cooling System/HVLS Fan.
  • The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective motor, water pump, fan blade, LCD display, and hardware etc (each a “Covered Component”).
  • The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
  • Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation water pumps, motor, pads, wheels, cooling system housing, external/internal hoses and louvers.
  • Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the Portable Evaporative Cooling System/HVLS Fan owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, wrong commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the Cooler/Fan as sold, operator error, or improper follow-up maintenance.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, BLUECO will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
  • The power supply (the motor, LCD Display) is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, improper maintenance or other such misuse.

DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO A PORTABLE EVAPORATIVE COOLER/HVLS FAN OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF BLUECO.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If any store purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the product, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.

Claims Process

BLUECO WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT.

In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:

  • Contact the BLUECO Technical Support team by email at Support@bluecobrand.com or by phone at 1-559-392-8194. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your machine to identify potential simple fixes.
  • If the Technical Support team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
  • After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your Portable Evaporative Cooling System or HVLS Fan.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless BLUECO agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND BLUECO'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. BLUECO'S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE COOLER, NOR SHALL BLUECO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BLUECO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*.

 

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

For non-interest bearing orders, debit and credit cards are accepted through Shop Pay. For interest bearing orders, you can only pay using a debit card.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I'm an international customer?

Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a United States mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Shop Pay Installments order?

Yes, 17,500 USD is the order value limit that applies to purchases using Shop Pay Installments, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Can I pay in-store with Shop Pay Installments?

Yes, we offer Shop Pay Installments at our retail locations. Come visit us in store to learn more.

Can I pre-qualify for a purchase amount before visiting the store?

No. An application for Shop Pay Installments can only begin with a live checkout. Applying in store only takes a few steps and you’ll get a real-time decision in minutes.

Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?

You can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments. If you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products, then you need to place two separate orders.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What if I miss an installment payment?

There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?

To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your item. Using their return policy, the store will advise if a return is possible. If a return is possible, then the store will advise how much the refunded amount will be. After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Pick-up-order

How to pick-up an order.

Upon proceeding through the BLUECO digital checkout an email order confirmation will be sent directly to the email provided within the order details. Please then contact our 24/7 support team via phone call or email to arrange a scheduled pick-up delivery. An email order confirmation will be required to be seen by BLUECO team members on-site as well as valid identification. Terms don't apply when shipping LTL freight.

Returns and Exchange Policy

BLUECO prides itself on a tradition of outstanding customer care and support. Our devoted team of account representatives understands that our customers are the heart of our company. 

Our limited return and exchange policy allow you to return defective or incorrect products for a full or partial credit of your order. All returned products require authorization. Contact our service representatives first for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization. Credit will not be issued unless authorization to return merchandise has been approved.

For all merchandise returned to BLUECO for reasons other than warranty, a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping cost will be deducted from the credit refund. All returned items must be In their original box and must include all packing materials, manuals and all accessories. At our discretion, a restocking fee may be charged if your product is opened or is not returned in its original condition, box, or is missing packing materials, manuals, or accessories.

Items not Eligible for Returns, Credits or Exchanges

  • Returned items that failed due to an accident, purchasers abuse, neglect or failure to operate in accordance with instructions provided in the owner's manual supplied and on the website for download.
  • Returned items that fail due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.
  • Returned items that fail due to rain, or other elements
  • Any item damaged in shipment or any product failure caused by installing or operating product under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.
  • Returned items with cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality.

Freight damaged items

If your shipment arrives damaged you must note the damage on the carrier delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packaging it arrived in and arrange for a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.

How to Return Products

Please contact BLUECO at bluecobrand@yahoo.com or call Headquarters at 559-392-8194 WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPMENT OR WARRANTY EXCHANGE for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning your product to BLUECO. A Refund in any manner will not be initiated until BLUECO LLC has activated the (RMA) number and the product has been mailed back and inspected for a manufacturer defect that falls into a refundable policy. Under zero circumstances is BLUECO LLC liable to initiate a refund if we suspect the unit was purchased for a one-time event and later tried to be returned. All packaging must be sealed unopened and unused for a Refund without manufacture defect inspection.  

Returns must be made within 14 days of the Return Authorization being provided.

Any incurred cost associated with damaged merchandise will be deducted from the credits owed. BLUECO is not responsible for merchandise damaged in return shipment. We strongly recommend you package the items carefully to ensure safe passage. For non-warranty items, we suggest you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

Shipping a Return

To return your product, You should mail your product to, BLUECO LLC, 2855 N Sunnyside, Fresno CA, 93727, Suite 104

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
